North Star Utility is a privately-held public utility that provides water and sanitary wastewater service to developments located north of the Snake River and the town limits of Alpine, Wyoming. North Star received its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity from the Wyoming Public Service Commission in November 2005 to provide water service to the Alpine Meadows Subdivision, as well as the Flying Saddle Lodge. In May 2007, North Star expanded its service area to include the Snake River Junction Subdivision. In December 2008, North Star and Wyo/Mcs agreed on terms to
provide Targhee Landing Subdivision with sanitary wastewater service. North Star would be pleased to consider requests to expand its service area to include additional developments, subdivisions, or parcels of land. 2012 Annual Share Holder Meeting June 14 2012
